Submitting an estimate request does not create a contract, guarantee availability, or obligate either you or Viking Kitchens & Handyman Services to proceed with work. An estimate is not a final agreement and may change after inspection or when project conditions become known.

Any work will be governed by a separate written contract signed by the parties. That contract, not this website, will define the scope, price, schedule, warranties, payment terms, and other project requirements.
